1. Services
Veranda Brokers Limited provides commercial insurance broking services, including risk assessment, policy placement, claims management, and access to our digital client portal platform.
2. Client Portal Access
Access to the Veranda client portal is provided to authorised users of active client accounts. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Data Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate and complete information for the purposes of obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage. Inaccurate information may affect the validity of your policies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Veranda Brokers acts as an intermediary between you and insurers. We do not underwrite risk or guarantee claims outcomes. Our liability is limited to the scope of our broking services as agreed in your Terms of Business Agreement (TOBA).
5. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and technology within the Veranda platform is owned by Veranda Brokers Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
